WoW! Deze populaire, biologische vaatdoek is gemaakt van 70% cellulose van FSC-gecertificeerde bomen en 30% katoenafval. Cellulose is het meest voorkomende organische polymeer op aarde en vormt een integraal onderdeel van de celwanden van planten en vele algensoorten. Cellulose wordt voornamelijk gebruikt voor de productie van papier. Het katoenafval in de samenstelling van deze vaatdoek bestaat uit katoenvezels die te kort zijn om gebruikt te worden in de textielindustrie. De Swedish Dishcloth kan keer op keer gewassen worden tot 90 graden, zowel in de wasmaschine als in de vaatwasser, en kan honderden keren worden hergebruikt. Het absorbeert maar liefst 15 keer het eigen gewicht. Dit doekje is een perfecte, duurzame vervanger voor de alledaagse vaatdoek die vaak plastic bevat én van de papieren keukenrol. Eén doekje vervangt wel zo’n 20 keukenrollen. Wanneer de vaatdoek toe is aan vervanging, kan je deze gewoon in de GFT-bak gooien. Het product is namelijk biologisch afbreekbaar en binnen 8 tot 12 weken lost het volledig op. Verkrijgbaar met een all over opdruk in maximaal 4 kleuren op één zijde.
